You can join the program by registering via https://www.laurentbernard.com.sg/customer/account/create. You can start collecting points and earning rewards by logging in when making a purchase on our online store. For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 2 points. There are two membership tiers in this program.

Green Tier: Upon creating a new customer account you will automatically become a Green Tier member of the Laurent Bernard Membership program. This means you will receive the following privileges:

• 1 x 10% off discount on your first purchase (all items)
• 1 x $5 off 0.5kg and 1kg whole cakes only
• 1 x $5 off chocolate gift boxes
• Double points earning on all online purchases made during birthday month
• 1 x Complimentary gift with any 0.5kg and 1kg whole cakes purchased during birthday month

Gold Tier: Exclusively for corporate customers, upon invitation only by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier’s management team.

You are welcome to use your points to offset any future purchases on the online store only. Every 100 points can be used to redeem $1 off your purchase. Please log in before making payment to view your latest point balance and select the amount you’d like to use.

Yes, points earned from each online order have a 12 month validity based on the date of your purchase. This means your total points balance may consist of points with different expiry dates. Here's an example:

You place an order on 1 May 2024 and earn 100 points. These points will expire on 1 May 2025.

You place another order on 15 July 2024 and earn 50 points. These points will expire on 15 July 2025.

No, earning and redemption of points as well points earning and redemption of vouchers must be done by logging into your membership account before making payment. We’ve included a friendly reminder at checkout in case you forget!

Any purchases not made on our online store, customised bulk orders or corporate orders made directly with our purchasing team.

Each time you make a purchase on our online store, the number of points earned will be recorded in your account immediately and reflected in your order summary sent to your email. You may also log into your account on the online store and click on the User Discounts & Loyalty tab to view your most updated point balance.

Points collected in each account can only be used by that account holder, and cannot be transferred to another account.

You will receive news of member exclusive offers and news by email from time to time. When you register your membership account, there will be an option under the "Newsletter Subscriptions" tab to opt in to receive such communications from us so you don’t miss out on any latest updates.

Points have an expiration date because we want to encourage members to use them. As our most loyal customers, we want you to enjoy those points because you deserve them. We hope you will visit us often enough that your points won't ever come close to their expiration date. You can always log into your account on the online store and click on the User Discounts & Loyalty tab to view your most updated point balance.

No membership fee is required to join the Laurent Bernard Membership program. All you have to do is register for an account on our website and you will be automatically enrolled into the program. You can do so here.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members or friends.
